PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Our inaugural program supports girls of color in Louisville, Kentucky between the ages of 12 -14. Through one-on-one mentorship, digital tools and awareness, we will foster their dreams.
MASTER CLASS
Our 6-week program includes writing, movement, voice, speech and confidence-building classes.
MENTORSHIP
Our classes are led by educators, artists, and mental health experts to ensure that each participant has access to the best mentors we can find.
STORY SHARING
The culmination of our program will be a large scale art event that showcases all 300 stories. These stories will also be shared on digital platforms and in print.

Why only girls?
Our inaugural program is dedicated to young girls in Louisville, because we wanted to bring a light to that city. In the future we we will also have 300FOR300 Boys. Stay tuned Chicago!
Do you have to live in Louisville to be a part of the program?
Yes, within the county limits of Jefferson County, which includes Louisville and the larger metro area.
Will you be expanding to other cities?
Yes. Over the course of ten years, the 300FOR300 Initiative will directly impact 900 students in three locations. We believe these will benefit the homes, communities, and schools of the young women and men we have dedicated ourselves to empowering.
